About The Position
EquipmentShare is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist - Industrial Supplies for its rental facility in Deer Park, Texas. The role provides front-line customer service through phone, email, and customer ordering portals. It includes processing quotations and estimates, providing order status and tracking information, handling returns and credit requests, and occasionally assisting with warehousing and fulfillment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours. Weekend on-call work may be required in special circumstances. The position uses the company's T3 platform and involves working in both office and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities
- Process orders, blanket orders, quotations, and release schedules using company systems.
- Review orders for availability, accuracy, and pricing discrepancies.
- Inform customers of shipping dates and address potential delays.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
- Maintain customer records by adding accounts and verifying existing information.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build trust, identify growth opportunities, and document best practices.
- Use product knowledge to assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs.
- Follow and uphold safety standards in office and warehouse environments.
- Assist with warehousing and fulfillment duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
