You demonstrate this through responsive ownership, your knowledge of customer needs and by processing orders accurately & efficiently. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years or more experience in a similar role
Microsoft Office Suite experience required

Nice To Haves

WebEx experience preferred
ERP system experience preferred

Responsibilities

Exceeding customer expectations through accuracy and expediency
Provide a consistent customer experience through a thorough knowledge of processes and product lines
Increase your knowledge through training, both vendor supplied and internal
Oversee the entire order process, even cancellations
Pro-actively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns
Seek to fill orders as quickly as possible, evaluating options to ensure customer receive items when needed
Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistent customer attention
