About The Position

Teleflora is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing sales professional to join its B2B team as an Inside Sales Specialist supporting FlowerBuyer. The role focuses on telephone-based sales of fresh flower varieties and floral products to Teleflora’s member florists. The position is hourly and based in Paragould, Arkansas. It is hybrid: work in the Paragould office Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work from home Thursday and Friday or work from the office. Spanish bilingual ability is not required but is a plus. The specialist builds rapport and trust with florists, learns FlowerBuyer’s portfolio of fresh flowers and floral supplies, and meets established contact and sales quotas. The role also includes using customer interactions to reinforce Teleflora’s service commitment, preparing reports, using order-entry and customer-management software, attending training, and communicating with other departments. Extended hours may be required as business needs dictate. Holiday time off may be limited during periods of increased order volume. Requirements

Strong written, verbal, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent customer service skills; friendly, courteous, and helpful manner.
Strong attention to detail, including accurate spelling and appropriate abbreviations.
Basic computer literacy, math, and writing skills.
Excellent telephone and sales skills.
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Strong desire to achieve and maintain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Ability to work extended hours as business needs dictate.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Monday through Wednesday in the Paragould, Arkansas office; Thursday and Friday may be worked from home or in the office.

Nice To Haves

Work experience in a floral operation.
Outbound business-to-business telemarketing or telephone sales experience.

Responsibilities

Establish rapport and trust with Teleflora florists.
Develop in-depth knowledge of FlowerBuyer’s complete portfolio of fresh flowers and floral supplies.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for contacts and sales.
Meet or exceed the expected daily percentage of time spent on the telephone selling to florists.
Use every customer contact to reinforce Teleflora’s commitment to customer service.
Prepare reports as needed for Inside Sales department management.
Use appropriate order-entry, call-tracking, and contact-management software.
Participate in sales, product, and process training as required.
Communicate with other departments to help meet departmental needs.
Perform additional duties as needed.
