About The Position

We are seeking an Inside Sales & Revenue Specialist to maximize revenue opportunities across our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions. In this role, you will take ownership of unsold estimates, follow up with prospective customers, overcome objections, and help convert opportunities into booked work. You will also strategically manage high-value sales opportunities to ensure the right opportunities are assigned and prioritized for maximum revenue generation. This is a performance-driven position with commission opportunities for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving results.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, outbound sales, or customer retention experience.
  • Strong closing, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Proven ability to follow up consistently and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Home Services, or related industries preferred.
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred.
  • Prior residential home services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on unsold estimates and pending sales opportunities.
  • Re-engage customers through outbound calls, text messages, and email campaigns.
  • Build value, overcome objections, and create urgency to help customers move forward with recommended services.
  • Support field sales and service teams in closing opportunities.
  • Present financing options, promotions, and available solutions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up schedules to maximize close rates.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and technician-generated opportunities.
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions within ServiceTitan and other company systems.
  • Prioritize and dispatch high-value sales opportunities.
  • Assign opportunities based on technician performance, availability, and revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to maximize capacity and revenue generation.
  • Monitor opportunity pipelines and provide updates on sales performance.
