About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative for SpringWell’s water filtration business, you will guide homeowners toward high-performance water filtration and treatment solutions. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads by phone, chat, and email, using consultative selling to recommend solutions tailored to customers’ needs, budgets, and installation requirements. The role is remote in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle for standard and moderately complex system configurations, build trust through clear needs-based discovery, and explain water quality test results and technical product information in accessible terms. Success requires learning quickly, taking initiative, communicating clearly, and collaborating across teams to improve processes and the customer experience. The stated base salary range is $35,000–$55,000. The posting says total earnings with commissions typically fall between $100,000 and $150,000, with senior-level associates toward the higher end. Commissions begin immediately and are based on overall business performance rather than individual quotas.
