•$90,000 - $120,000•Remote

About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative for SpringWell, Fortune Brands Innovations’ water filtration business, you will guide homeowners toward suitable filtration and treatment solutions. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads by phone, chat, and email, using consultative selling to recommend solutions tailored to customer needs. The role is remote in the United States. Compensation includes a base salary and commissions; stated total earnings with commissions typically fall between $90,000 and $120,000, with senior-level associates toward the top of the range. Commissions start immediately and are based on overall business performance rather than individual quotas. You will independently manage the full sales cycle for standard and moderately complex system configurations, from needs-based discovery through close. This involves explaining water quality results and technical information in accessible terms, recommending products according to customer needs, budget, and installation requirements, managing opportunities through defined sales stages, and maintaining accurate CRM records. You will also develop product knowledge, escalate advanced technical scenarios as needed, meet revenue and productivity targets, identify appropriate upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and share customer insights with colleagues and partner teams.
