About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative for SpringWell’s water filtration business, you will help homeowners select high-performance water filtration and treatment solutions. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads by phone, chat, and email, using consultative selling to recommend solutions tailored to customers’ needs. The role requires learning quickly, taking initiative, communicating clearly, and partnering across teams to improve processes and the customer experience. You will build trust by asking effective questions, explaining complex product information simply, and recommending solutions aligned with customers’ needs and goals. This is a remote position in the United States. Compensation includes a base salary and commissions. The posting states that total earnings with commissions typically range from $90,000 to $120,000, with senior-level associates toward the top end. Commissions start immediately and are based on overall business performance rather than individual quotas.
