About The Position

The In House Sales Representative will support Fortune Brands Innovations’ SpringWell water filtration business by helping homeowners select appropriate filtration and treatment solutions. This remote U.S. role manages a high volume of inbound leads by phone, chat, and email, using consultative selling to recommend solutions tailored to customers’ needs, budgets, and installation requirements. The representative builds trust by asking thoughtful questions, explaining water test results and technical product information in clear language, and guiding customers through the sales process. The role independently manages the full sales cycle for standard and moderately complex system configurations, maintains accurate CRM records, meets revenue and productivity targets, and contributes customer insights to teammates and other business teams. The stated base salary range is $35,000–$55,000, with total earnings typically between $90,000 and $120,000 when commissions are included. Commissions begin immediately and are based on overall business performance rather than individual quotas.
