•$35,000 - $55,000•Remote

About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative for SpringWell, Fortune Brands Innovations’ water filtration business, you will guide homeowners toward high-performance water filtration and treatment solutions. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads by phone, chat, and email, using consultative selling to recommend solutions tailored to customers’ needs. The role is remote within the United States. You will build trust by asking effective questions, explaining water quality results and technical product information in plain language, and recommending configurations that fit customers’ goals, budgets, and installation requirements. Success requires learning quickly, taking initiative, communicating clearly, and collaborating across teams to improve processes and the customer experience. The position offers a base salary range of $35,000–$55,000. Commissions begin immediately and are based on overall business performance rather than individual quotas. Total earnings with commissions typically fall between $100,000–$150,000, with senior-level associates toward the higher end. Eligible employees participate in a role-based sales incentive plan or an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
