Requirements
- 1–2+ years of sales experience (Inside sales or call center preferred)
- Experience working toward daily, weekly, or monthly goals/quotas
- Comfortable handling objections, asking clarifying questions, and closing sales
- Strong phone presence, clear communication, and high energy
- Ability to manage follow-up and pipeline activity
- Competitive, results-driven mindset motivated by commission upside
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems)
- Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX

- A proven ability to maintain high daily call volume and hit revenue goals.
- A strong close rate and a disciplined approach to pipeline follow-up.
- A background in inside sales, call center sales, appointment setting, or any high-volume customer-facing role.
- A highly confident, empathetic, and persuasive phone voice.
Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound calls with customers who are setting up home services
- Build quick rapport and understand their move timeline
- Walk them through electricity, internet, TV, and security options
- Handle questions and objections while guiding them toward the best solution
- Recommend additional services when they genuinely improve the customer’s setup
- Close the sale and earn commission on every completed order
- Follow up with interested customers and keep your pipeline moving
