Responsibilities

• Work with Outside Sales Team to maintain customer accounts & relationships.
• Respond to daily Customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on product knowledge and business value.
• Work with Operations regarding order status.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and customer support as needed.
