This Inside Sales Representative position is a high profile role requiring interaction with sales and project coordination teams. Superior proficiency at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio) and Internet Explorer.

Responsibilities

Work with assigned sales executives providing support with quotations, orders and CRM related duties.
Follow up with customers and prospects on inquiries and prepared proposals.
Customer Service support including data entry, METrak project set up, updating CRM, new vendor/accounts processing.
Review METrak for accurate billing/RFBs.
Maintain & update METrak & Salesforce (OR OTHER) database.
Add customer companies/contact’s information to database.
Ensure that all information input during RFQ processing is accurate and all relevant fields are completed.
Ensure Project 3.0s and phases are reviewed and updated in accordance with ‘P-Process’ training.
Maintain relevant notes that pertain to a project or opportunity. This includes correspondence/communication between EF personnel and correspondence/communication between Project Coordinator (PC) and the customer.
Support introductory email to customers (auto-email generation) for new project kick off behalf of Project Coordination team.
Support PC team to Maintain existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and courteous service.
Interdepartmental support of company sponsored events or miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Operator phone call coverage.
Other duties as assigned.
