About The Position

Planet Honda is hiring a Used Car Sales Representative to help customers shop for, purchase, and own vehicles. The role involves assisting customers in-store and online, presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, and working with sales and finance management to complete transactions. Representatives build customer relationships through timely, courteous communication and manage follow-up through dealership CRM systems. Product knowledge is developed through company and manufacturer training. The position is described as full-time, with Saturday and evening availability required. Estimated annual earnings are approximately $70,000 to $120,000, with compensation driven by performance and including commissions and bonuses. The posting also describes approximate compensation of $75,000 to $120,000+ annually.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in mobile, appliance, or similar sales.
Commitment to customer service.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in-store and online throughout the vehicle shopping, purchase, and ownership process.
Conduct product presentations and test drives to help clients choose vehicles suited to their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Work with sales and finance management teams to finalize deals.
Develop product knowledge of current offerings, including features, technology, and trim levels, through company and manufacturer training.
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers through professional, timely, and courteous communication.
Manage customer follow-up activities and opportunities through dealership CRM systems.
