About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers renting construction and industrial equipment. As a front-line customer contact, the representative identifies equipment needs, negotiates rental terms, and places orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to deliver customer satisfaction. The position offers steady hours with potential overtime and opportunities to develop skills for an outside sales or operational management career track. Work may be indoors or outdoors as required by the job.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors when required by the job.

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish or another language may be preferred in some locations.
