About The Position

ALUDEC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, strategic, and has excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with leadership qualities and a passion for their career. The role focuses on building customer relationships, responding to customer requests, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and support sales activity. The position is 100% onsite in a typical office, production, and manufacturing environment. Benefits are available after 60 days.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; previous professional sales and/or professional customer or client service experience may be substituted for a degree.

Responsibilities

Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
Communicate with customers regarding quotes and re-quotes, pricing, product information, order status, shipment tracking, and related requests.
Assist with hosting customers visiting ALUDEC USA, including arranging plant tours and accommodations when requested.
Work with the Sales Assistant and Customer Service / Order Entry staff to ensure company procedures are followed.
Professionally and effectively handle customer issues and concerns referred by the Customer Service / Order Entry team.
Understand the 8-D format and how to respond to 8-D concerns.
Work with Quality, Production, and Sales departments to resolve in-plant and customer issues.
Keep the department manager informed about new jobs and potential problems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
