About The Position

Guardian Tax is growing and looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join their Chandler team. In this role, you will speak with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax-related challenges. These are 100% warm inbound leads, so no cold calling is required. Your focus will be on understanding each client’s situation, explaining available solutions, and helping them find the right path forward.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Understand each client’s needs, goals, and situation
• Explain available solutions clearly and professionally
• Build trust through strong communication and active listening
• Handle objections and confidently close sales
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
