About The Position

Guardian Tax is growing its Irvine sales team and is seeking driven, confident Inside Sales Representatives ready to advance their sales careers. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role for competitive and goal-oriented professionals motivated by strong earning potential and career growth. The position involves working with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already contacted Guardian Tax for assistance with IRS issues and tax debt. The representative's role is to understand each client's situation, identify their needs, present the appropriate solution, overcome objections, and close the sale to help clients resolve their tax concerns.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confident objection-handling and closing abilities
• Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
