Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent telephone skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong listening and sales skills
Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Directly work with customers and the outside sales team to take and enter their orders
Understanding customers’ needs, identifying sales opportunities, and build relationships
Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email
Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Staying informed about competing products and services
Taking customer orders
Explaining options to customers
Assisting External sales team with pricing, inventory requests, & processing orders as needed
Multitasking while ensuring accurate data entry
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
