About The Position

The Third Estimate is seeking a skilled Inside Sales / Rehash Specialist for their Home Improvements division (Roofing, Windows, Siding, Gutters) in Solon or Fairview Park, Ohio. This role focuses on working with warm, previously quoted leads – homeowners who have previously shown interest but did not purchase. The primary responsibilities include following up, rebuilding trust, and closing deals. This position offers a significant earning potential, with the possibility of earning over $150K, and involves working exclusively with warm leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. The role is ideal for individuals who excel at turning potential 'no' into a future 'yes' and are motivated by high-volume sales and uncapped commission.

Requirements

• Proven sales ability (inside sales, or rehash experience preferred)
• Home Improvement Sales – a MUST
• Someone who hates losing deals
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• High energy, competitive, and money-motivated
• Comfortable making 50+ calls/texts/emails/day
• You don’t get emotional when people say no
• You follow up when everyone else quits
• You’re competitive, driven, and a little obsessed with winning

Nice To Haves

• CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Reworking warm + aged leads (no cold calling)
• Following up with homeowners who didn’t buy the first time
• Handling objections and creating urgency
• Booking appointments or closing deals directly
• Managing a high volume of calls, texts, and follow-ups
• Updating pipeline and notes in CRM
