About The Position

Townsquare Interactive is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for an in-office role at their Uptown Charlotte location. This position offers best-in-class training to kickstart a sales career, focusing on mastering the full sales cycle and digital marketing solutions. The program combines hands-on coaching, live practice, and real-time feedback to build skills and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment. Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a high-output environment

  • A desire to advance into leadership or senior sales roles

Responsibilities

  • Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching
  • Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform
  • Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results
  • Conduct virtual demos and close new business
  • Focus on new client acquisition (no account management)
  • Source and qualify new business leads through outbound outreach
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect needs
  • Present customized solutions and close deals directly
  • Manage your full sales pipeline with autonomy
  • Work toward and surpass monthly sales goals
