About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is expanding its Inside Sales team and hiring motivated Phone Sales Specialists / Rehash Representatives to close sales from company-provided warm leads. This role focuses on following up with homeowners, building rapport over the phone, and converting opportunities into booked sales. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone
• High energy, confidence, and strong persuasion skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous inside sales, phone sales, or rehash sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads generated by the sales and marketing teams
• Make high-volume calls
• Contact homeowners who previously requested service or consultations
• Build rapport with customers and identify their HVAC or home service needs
• Present service options and convert opportunities into closed sales
• Re-engage prior leads and rehash opportunities that did not previously convert
• Maintain high call volume while delivering excellent customer service
• Track customer interactions and sales activity within company systems
• Meet or exceed conversion and revenue targets
