About The Position

Guardian Tax is looking for motivated, goal-driven sales professionals to join our expanding team as Inside Sales Consultants. This role is focused entirely on inbound leads—connecting with individuals who are actively seeking help with IRS and tax debt issues. If you’re a confident communicator who enjoys building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals, this is a high-income opportunity where your performance directly drives your earnings while helping clients find solutions to their tax debt challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of phone sales experience required
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented
