About The Position

Dermalogica is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join their team. This role is crucial for driving profitable growth within the professional channel by using remote engagement to build partnerships and deliver results. The Inside Sales Consultant will act as a trusted business partner, collaborating with skin therapists, Medspas, salons, spas, and retail partners to provide expert guidance and support their success. The position focuses on strengthening relationships, optimizing account performance, and expanding business opportunities through a blend of sales excellence, education, and account development, aiming to maximize both sell-in and sell-out. The role requires influencing, educating, and driving performance to help partners grow their businesses and advance Dermalogica’s brand presence.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in inside sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Sugar CRM, PowerBI, Gorgias, etc. a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in professional beauty, skincare, FMCG, or health-related industries preferred
  • Esthetician/skin therapist background is a strong asset
  • Bilingual (French) preferred candidate

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned accounts
  • Drive sell-in aligned to sell-out performance through strategic recommendations
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and promotional opportunities
  • Execute outbound sales calls to nurture existing accounts and unlock new revenue streams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon, spa and Medspa partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored business solutions to support account growth
  • Maintain consistent communication cadence via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development
  • Promote Dermalogica’s education programs, workshops, and digital learning platforms
  • Support customers in building knowledge, confidence, and retail success
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and credibility
  • Reinforce brand standards and positioning across all touchpoints
  • Maintain accurate account data, sales activity, and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
  • Analyze account performance, purchasing behavior, and growth opportunities through Power BI, Sugar CRM and Gorgias.
  • Create targeted outreach campaigns (email, e-blasts, promotions) to drive engagement
  • Use insights to inform recommendations and business planning
  • Partner with field sales, education, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Support execution of campaigns, product launches, and promotions
  • Share insights and feedback from accounts to inform broader strategy
