About The Position

CoverageX is hiring motivated sales closers to sell Vehicle Service Contracts to drivers seeking protection from unexpected repair costs. The role handles warm inbound leads in a one-call-close environment, with success depending on building rapport quickly, confidently addressing objections, and closing decisively. Compensation is base plus commission, with stated potential earnings varying by individual performance. Agents are paid weekly, without retroactive clawbacks. This is a full-time, in-office position in Clearwater, Florida. Applicants must be eligible for a Florida insurance license and successfully complete a background screening subject to company approval before employment. Benefits begin after 90 days.

Requirements

• Eligibility for a Florida insurance license.
• Confident, persuasive communication skills and strong phone presence.

• Coachability and openness to feedback.
• Successful completion of a background screening and approval in accordance with company policy prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Preference for experience in one-call-close roles, such as auto, direct energy, home services, insurance, or SEO.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from warm leads.
• Deliver a high-impact sales pitch and close during the first call.
• Educate customers about Vehicle Service Contract options.
• Manage follow-ups and daily activity in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
