About The Position

ION Solar is hiring an Inside Sales Closer to join its expanding sales team. The role engages potential customers, learns about their needs, and educates them on the environmental and financial benefits of residential solar. This is an in-office position in Orem, Utah, in a fast-paced, open-floor office environment involving significant computer and phone use and complex systems. Speed and accuracy are important, and interruptions may occur during the workday. The schedule consists of 6–8-hour shifts within 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $15 per hour plus commissions, with an average combined range of $20–$26 per hour. Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience is preferred.
Phone-related service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional information by email.
