About The Position

Help interested customers choose TurfCasa products through remote conversations. This remote role supports TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. The position coordinates with on-site fulfillment teams and does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation, or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant’s work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening, and part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and paid training is provided. Base pay is $19.25–$22.50 per hour, with starting pay in that range depending on relevant skills and experience.

Requirements

• Comfort speaking with customers and explaining product information clearly.
• Comfort learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates, and following approved processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and explain approved product options.
• Help customers compare available products using supplied information and pricing.
• Coordinate availability with fulfillment and hand completed sales details to order entry.
