About The Position
Wireless Plus is growing and building out its SMB and Inbound Call Center team in Van Nuys. This role is for individuals who love talking to people, enjoy winning, and want a job where their paycheck reflects their effort. The company is looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just answer phones.
Requirements
- Bilingual required: English/Spanish
- Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Thick skin, quick thinking, and the drive to turn a "no" into a "not yet"
- Self-starter who doesn't need someone standing over them to stay productive
- A real passion for helping people, not just closing deals
Nice To Haves
- Armenian language skills are a big plus
- 3+ years in a commission-based sales role preferred
- Call center or wireless industry experience is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing Verizon Wireless customers
- Spot opportunities to save customers money and grow their accounts
- Sell smartphones, tablets, mobile internet, and other services that fit the customer's life
- Book and manage appointments, follow-ups, and callbacks
- Keep clean, accurate records of every call and interaction
- Show up to daily huddles and training ready to get better
- Track your own numbers and own your results
