About The Position

PlusOne Company is hiring a remote inside sales agent who resides in North Carolina. Agents receive training in the PlusOne Sales Method, ongoing coaching, and support. The role handles inbound calls and warm leads, with no cold calling. Pay during training is $12 per hour plus commissions. After training, the base wage is $10–$15 per hour plus uncapped commissions; wages depend on performance and the calls handled. The company states that its agents average over $22 per hour, and high-performing agents may be promoted to calls with higher base wages and commission opportunities. This is a full-time position of at least 32 hours per week. Afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts are available, and weekends are required. The position is remote and requires North Carolina residency.
