About The Position

A|T Collective is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle much of the administrative work for sales, including invoicing, event coordination, and FAM facilitation. The role responds to frequent phone and email requests and provides daily sales support. It maintains and modifies agency and consortia commissions, oversees the TRIP point program, and supports A|T Collective brands. The position works with nationwide BDMs and coordinates with internal teams, partners, travel agents, and event attendees.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales training or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Pleasant Holidays’ products and services.
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to nationwide BDMs, including ensuring they have necessary supplies for field events.
• Assist with the handling and coordination of events from the headquarters level, including roadshows and Top Producer trips.
• Answer incoming calls and emails from travel agents, screen calls for BDMs, and assist with travel agent needs.
• Resolve problems.
• Process agency and consortia changes in applicable systems.
• Change commissions in Atlas as directed by the Staff VP of Sales.
• Apply Bonus TRIP points as needed.
• Run sales reporting.
• Manage FAMs, including coordinating collateral with Marketing, coordinating names and rooming with the product team and/or partners, and communicating details to attendees and agencies or clubs.
• Facilitate invoicing and payments for headquarters-organized sales events, FAMs, and Top Producer events.
