About The Position

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking career-minded, service-driven sales professionals to join its Inside Sales team. The role involves developing leads, meeting monthly sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining client retention. The company offers paid training at $24 per hour for 40 hours per week, followed by a fully commissioned role with an uncapped commission plan. The top 10% of agents earn $95,000–$110,000 or more annually. Paid training and ongoing development are provided to support a long-term sales career. Insurance licenses are not required before hire; agents must be able to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses during paid training.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses during paid training.
• Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma.

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• College degree preferred.
