Inside Sales Agent Wireless Plus | Van Nuys, CA Full-Time | Hourly + Uncapped Commission Join a Team That's Going Somewhere Wireless Plus is growing, and we're building out our SMB and Inbound Call Center team in Van Nuys. Requirements

• Bilingual required: English/Spanish. You'll be talking to a diverse customer base and need to serve them in the language they're comfortable in.
• 3+ years in a commission-based sales role preferred
• Call center or wireless industry experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Thick skin, quick thinking, and the drive to turn a "no" into a "not yet"
• Self-starter who doesn't need someone standing over them to stay productive
• A real passion for helping people, not just closing deals

Nice To Haves

• Armenian language skills are a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing Verizon Wireless customers
• Spot opportunities to save customers money and grow their accounts
• Sell smartphones, tablets, mobile internet, and other services that fit the customer's life
• Book and manage appointments, follow-ups, and callbacks
• Keep clean, accurate records of every call and interaction
• Show up to daily huddles and training ready to get better
• Track your own numbers and own your results
