About The Position

The Inside Rental Sales Representative is the first point of contact for customers seeking to rent Titan Machinery equipment and machinery. The role matches customer needs with appropriate rental solutions and supports a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through equipment return. The position calls for strong communication and product knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service and rental sales.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related work experience or a high school diploma/GED.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls about equipment rental options.
• Advise customers on rental options and match solutions to their needs.
• Assess customers’ project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment fleet utilization and create new business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally in person and by phone.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment inventory to offer effective solutions to customers.
