About The Position
Join the Titan Machinery team as an Inside Rentals Sales professional and serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking to rent equipment and machinery. Use communication skills and product knowledge to match customer needs with appropriate rental solutions and provide a satisfying experience from inquiry through equipment return. The role involves responding to rental inquiries, assessing customer requirements, collaborating with internal teams, and representing Titan Machinery professionally. The position offers an opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment focused on rental sales and customer service.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related work experience or a high school diploma/GED.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls about equipment rentals.
- Advise customers on equipment rental options and match solutions to their needs.
- Assess customers’ project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment fleet utilization and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain professionalism in in-person and phone communications.
- Stay knowledgeable about equipment inventory to offer effective solutions to customers.
