About The Position

The Inside Loan Officer will originate and close private lending, Business Purpose Lending (BPL), and/or Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans. The role is suited to an established originator with a book of business and strong relationships with real estate investors. The Loan Officer is expected to generate business independently while converting company-provided leads into additional production; company leads supplement rather than replace self-generated business. Target production is $3 million or more in funded loan volume per month, with strong interest in candidates producing $4 million to $5 million or more monthly. The Loan Officer will grow their book of business and presence in the real estate investor community through prospecting, networking, industry conferences, investor events, local meetups, referrals, and relationship development throughout the Tampa market. The position is based in Tampa, Florida, and is described as hybrid/in-office. It is a direct-hire opportunity requiring United States residency. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available. The company provides leads, broad lending product offerings, operational and sales support, and access to a national lending platform. Requirements

At least one year of experience.
An existing book of business and established client relationships.
Proven experience originating and closing loans.
Ability to self-source and generate new business.
Strong relationships with real estate investors.
A high-volume, phone-first sales mentality.
Ability to overcome objections and close business.
Knowledge of credit, pricing, leverage, loan structures, and financing options.
Strong CRM, pipeline management, and follow-up skills.
Results-driven focus on closings, funded volume, repeat business, and referrals.
Must be a United States resident.

Nice To Haves

Private Lending, BPL, and/or DSCR experience.
Monthly funded production of $3 million or more; candidates producing $4 million to $5 million or more are of particular interest.
A transferable pipeline.

Responsibilities
