We are recruiting for a Per Diem Inpatient Front Desk Receptionist to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is not benefits eligible.

Requirements

High School Diploma
A minimum of two years experience in hospital or business environment
Articulate, tactful and able to deal with people in a pleasing, professional manner
Ability to multi-task
Possess good customer service skills
Computer literate
Must have good telephone skills and the ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding those calls to the appropriate destination.
Monitoring the entrance and exit of visitors, parents, families, vendors, etc and maintaining the sign-in sheet.
Scheduling transportation for patient outings and family visits as requested.
Maintaining and distributing daily IP census.
Clerical duties as assigned.
Providing support to Administrative, Rehab and Nursing staff.
Maintaining awareness of the presence of management personnel.
Maintaining coffee station supplies for staff and visitors.
Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures, including safety policies and procedures.
