About The Position
StarTekk is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to support the architecture, design, governance, and strategic direction of its ServiceNow platform. The role helps advance the company’s digital transformation by identifying and bridging business gaps through analysis, and by supporting initiatives that promote organizational growth, efficiency, and focused business goals. The architect will design enterprise ServiceNow solutions aligned with strategic goals, guide technical teams and stakeholders, and ensure the platform meets security, compliance, and operational requirements. The role focuses on ServiceNow CMDB and foundational services, enterprise integrations, platform governance, and solution architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- At least 5 years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Strong experience with CMDB and CSDM.
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations and APIs.
- Strong experience with workflow automation.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications in CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- ITIL Foundation V3 or higher certification.
Responsibilities
- Architect ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with enterprise strategic goals.
- Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices.
- Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and services.
- Provide technical guidance to developers, system administrators, and project teams.
- Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
