About The Position

The Infrastructure Solution Engineer will use ServiceNow development expertise and technical consulting experience. The role calls for proficiency in JavaScript, knowledge of ITIL and web technologies, and experience working in a SaaS environment. A degree or equivalent is preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, and web services, and experience working in a SaaS environment.
• A degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, and proven experience in technical consulting roles.

Nice To Haves

• At least 7 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow accreditations in all product lines.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• Proven experience in an additional product line outside ITSM.
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum (ITBM) methodology.
• Active listening, respect for others’ points of view, ownership of contributing required input, and strong written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
