About The Position

We are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team supporting the Transportation Team. This role involves managing the overall infrastructure operations environment, including system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support. The manager will direct daily NOC/SOC operational activities, ensure compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes, and coordinate with System, Network, and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation. Maintaining configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
ITIL v4 Foundation
CompTIA Network+
8–10 years in IT operations leadership.
Public Trust – Moderate Risk clearance.
U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
PMP preferred
AIOps experience preferred
