The Infrastructure / Data Center Operations Engineer is responsible for the reliability, operation, and continuous improvement of critical data center and virtualization infrastructure. This is a hands-on role spanning VMware platforms, physical data center operations, monitoring, technical documentation, basic Linux administration, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a high-availability environment where disciplined change management, accurate documentation, physical-layer execution, and rapid troubleshooting are essential. This role is based in the Greater Boston area and participates in an on-call rotation to support business-critical infrastructure.
