About The Position
Auberle offers internships to current students and recent graduates interested in learning about the inner workings of the nonprofit sector. The Information Technology (IT) Intern will be paired with a team member for one-on-one mentorship and gain hands-on experience in Information Technology. Auberle is a multi-service agency whose programs include Workforce Development, Housing, Foster Care, Young Adult Services, and Behavioral Health. Its mission is to help build strong individuals, families, and communities.
Requirements
- Currently working toward a four-year or graduate degree related to Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or be a recent graduate.
- General knowledge of computers, software, and technology.
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects and collaborate with others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to provide official or unofficial transcripts.
- Must be able to obtain Act 33/34 clearances (criminal and child abuse) and FBI clearance before the internship.
- Ability to complete a physical or drug screening.
- Submit a cover letter expressing interest in this specific internship and explaining how skills and goals align with Auberle's mission.
- Submit a current resume or CV, an official transcript from the current program, and a copy of the program's internship requirements.
