About The Position

At TP-Link Systems Inc., we’re scaling our Enterprise Networking Business Unit (ENBU), including Omada (business networking) and VIGI (security & surveillance solutions). Omada is one of TP-Link's fastest-growing business units, directly competing with industry leaders. We’re hiring an Influencer & PR Marketing Specialist to own and build this function in the U.S. — from influencer partnerships to media outreach. There’s no legacy program here. No playbook. That’s the opportunity. If you want to execute, learn fast, and actually own outcomes, this role gives you that.

Requirements

  • Self-starter mentality — you take initiative without being told
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media
  • Interest in tech, networking, smart home, or B2B products
  • Experience working with content creators or media outlets
  • Basic understanding of campaign metrics and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Identify and outreach to influencers across YouTube, reddit, LinkedIn, and tech communities
  • Run influencer campaigns end-to-end: briefing, coordination, approvals, and execution
  • Manage relationships with creators and ensure deliverables are hit
  • Track influencer campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and report results
  • Continuously test what works and refine the influencer strategy
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Designers to develop Review Guide and other materials for media use.
  • Draft and coordinate press releases and product announcements
  • Support media outreach and build relationships with industry publications, either directly or through our cooperating agency.
  • Pitch stories and secure product/media coverage
  • Monitor PR performance and campaign impact
  • Support go-to-market campaigns for Omada and VIGI products
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and global teams
  • Ensure consistent messaging across channels
