About The Position

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will manage the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, managing relationships with influencers, coordinating content, and tracking campaign performance. Influencer management will include involvement with our brand influencers and Style Crew in house affiliate program influencers. The Specialist will work closely between agency teams and internal content teams for planning, delivery and accuracy of influencer content. This role will also be responsible for performance reporting and sharing insights across the teams in order to ensure cross-collaboration on all influencer efforts. The Specialist must be engaged in the industry and an avid social media user with experience across platforms in a professional capacity.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with influencer relationship management and content coordination across complex teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideal previous experience assisting in influencer events.

Responsibilities

  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies and cross-functional counter parts, handling day-to-day communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate the production of influencer content, including briefings, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing strategy, editorial content teams and merchant teams to ensure content accuracy.
  • Work together with social content team to deliver influencer assets and build content calendar.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, prepare and collaborate across teams on reports and analyze key metrics to optimize future initiatives.
  • Support, execute and project manage ad-hoc projects for our in-house affiliate Style Crew creator program.
  • Support the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager in the development and execution of influencer strategies.
  • Assist in event planning and execution for ad-hoc influencer events.
  • Ensure influencers comply with campaign guidelines, legal requirements, and brand standards.
  • Conduct research to identify potential influencers and partnerships for future campaigns.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and compensation with influencers and talent agencies.
  • Stay informed of trends in influencer marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in the setup and management of influencers within all tech platforms.
  • Manage influencer content across marketing channels, including but not limited to homepage, PDPs, email, etc.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
