About The Position

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will own end-to-end beauty and K-beauty campaigns, collaborating with brands and creators to produce high-performing, product-focused content. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing within the beauty sector, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously. The position is full-time, permanent, and remote, with the candidate required to be based in South Korea or Thailand. The compensation includes a base salary of USD $20,000–30,000 annually plus commission (5–10% of gross margin on campaigns managed). Fluent English is a requirement.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media marketing.
  • Strong experience within the beauty, skincare, or K-beauty industry.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram beauty content formats.
  • Fluent English.
  • High ownership and autonomy. You solve problems independently and don't need to be hand-held.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Korean language (business proficiency).
  • Existing relationships with beauty or K-beauty creators.
  • Experience with Korean beauty brands or global beauty campaigns.
  • Understanding of skincare product categories and consumer behaviour.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Beacons, or Notion.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube within the beauty and K-beauty space.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and creator workflows using ClickUp.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand positioning, product messaging, and current beauty trends.
  • Identify and source high-performing beauty and K-beauty creators.
  • Evaluate creators based on performance metrics, audience demographics, and content style.
  • Use tools like Beacons to assess creator ecosystems, link performance, and monetisation behaviour.
  • Lead outreach to creators and managers to secure partnerships.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and paid media terms.
  • Structure deals with a commercial understanding of campaign economics (CPM, conversion potential, product margins).
  • Contribute ideas for content angles that perform in beauty (before/after, routine integration, hook formats).
  • Ensure creator content is authentic and showcases visible product results rather than overly scripted messaging.
  • Analyse campaign performance (views, engagement, CPM, conversion signals) and feed insights into future creator selection.
  • Build long-term relationships with beauty creators and brand partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout campaigns.
  • Drive repeat partnerships through strong execution and communication.
