Job Overview The Affiliate Influencer Marketing Specialist will support the management of influencer and messaging campaign execution across North American Affiliate Subnetworks. This role will be focused on managing subnetwork relationships (e.g. LTK, ShopMy, Collective Voice), ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, optimizing performance across affiliate networks, and supporting our in-house affiliate Style Crew creator program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, North American affiliate networks, and the ability to analyze data for continuous campaign improvement and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing with a focus on campaign execution and optimization for revenue.
  • Experience using affiliate platforms and analytics tools (e.g., CJ, Motom, Impact).
  • Strong understanding of affiliate influencer marketing strategies, with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with influencers and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ideally comfortable using Canva, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate influencer subnetwork campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Monitor and optimize influencer performance across North American affiliate subnetworks to maximize conversions, engagement, and ROI.
  • Liaise with Senior, cross-functional team members and agencies to ensure timely content delivery, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimizations to improve performance.
  • Manage affiliate subnetwork platform dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting systems to monitor key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the broader social, influencer and media team to align subnetwork campaigns with other content initiatives and business objectives.
  • Support, execute and project manage ad-hoc projects for our in-house affiliate Style Crew creator program.
  • Assist in budget tracking and ensure campaigns are operating within allocated spend.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing.
