About The Position

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing our influencer marketing strategy, reporting to the Director of PR, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing. This position will focus on creating and managing influencer campaigns that elevate the ZWILLING J.A. Henckels family of brands, with a specific emphasis on food creators, chefs, and culinary influencers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food and cooking landscape, be familiar with key players in food media, and be able to create effective campaign briefs that drive results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, event marketing or digital marketing, with a strong focus on food creators, culinary influencers, or the culinary industry required. PR and Affiliate experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective campaign briefs and manage influencer relationships from ideation to execution.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and experience working specifically within food media or with culinary influencers.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Creator Connections, TikTok Shop, UGC, Influencer Marketing Softwares.
  • A passion for food, cooking, or the premium kitchen tools industry is required—you must know the key players and trends in the food content creator space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer Strategy Development and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand’s objectives and are approved by the Director of PR, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing
  • Campaign Brief Creation: Develop detailed campaign briefs that outline the specific deliverables required from influencers, including products to be featured, messaging guidelines, and content formats. Ensure all briefs align with the overall marketing strategy and the brand guidelines.
  • Partnership Management: Identify and manage relationships with influencers, chefs, and food creators who resonate with our brand values. Negotiate contracts that are mutually beneficial and drive engagement across platforms. This can include events, appearances, and collaborations as well as the associated admin.
  • Content Curation & Campaigns: Ensure influencer-generated content aligns with our brand messaging, tone, and aesthetic to ensure it meets campaign objectives.
  • Trend Monitoring & Market Insights: Stay informed about trends in food, cooking, and digital media. Keep a pulse on emerging food creators and influencers to ensure we are working with the most relevant and innovative partners in the culinary space.
  • Campaign Tracking & Optimization: Track performance metrics to report on influencer campaigns. Use data insights to make recommendations for optimizing future collaborations and meeting KPIs. Reporting will be aligned with HQ requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, creative, and digital teams, to ensure influencer campaigns support broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and brand events.
  • Warehouse Sales Support: Support our national warehouse sales with local influencer activation.
