Influencer Marketing Campaign Intern

Direct Agents•New York, NY
•$20 - $25•Onsite

About The Position

Direct Agents is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Campaign Intern to provide hands-on campaign coordination and operational support across two major, fast-moving influencer campaigns. The role helps keep campaign timelines, creator deliverables, content reviews, approvals, community activity, and launch dates organized and on track. It is primarily focused on campaign operations, coordination, and project management support rather than strategy or primary client-facing work. The campaigns span multiple markets, creators, languages, and launch dates. The intern will maintain trackers and documentation, monitor deliverable milestones, coordinate with creators, review content against brief requirements, support launches and reporting, monitor campaign communities, surface insights, and provide status updates. The internship offers hands-on experience supporting complex influencer campaigns while developing campaign management skills. This is a part-time, onsite role in the company's New York office. The hourly rate is $25–$30, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with detailed trackers and timelines.
  • Ability to identify missing, late, inconsistent, or outstanding items and determine when follow-up is needed.
  • Ability to coordinate several workstreams across multiple markets, creators, languages, and launch dates.

Nice To Haves

  • Eagerness to learn influencer marketing and how large-scale creator campaigns are executed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain campaign trackers for creators, contracts, briefs, content, approvals, and posting; keep documentation and folders organized across campaigns and markets.
  • Monitor campaign milestones and deliverable stages, flagging overdue items and delays.
  • Confirm creators have the correct briefs and assets, follow up on missing materials, and log creator communications and outstanding items.
  • Conduct first-pass reviews of scripts and videos for brief requirements, including messaging, calls to action, hashtags, and disclosures; verify requested revisions were incorporated.
  • Maintain the master timeline, confirm creators are ready for launch, and verify live posts meet requirements, including links, captions, and disclosures.
  • Organize links and screenshots of live content for campaign reporting.
  • Monitor comments and engagement on campaign posts, respond to routine comments on-brand, and escalate sensitive or reputation-related issues.
  • Track audience sentiment, frequently asked questions, and trends in community activity to share with the team.
  • Organize localized briefs, assets, and creators across markets, route content through appropriate approvals, and flag version-control issues.
  • Provide clear updates on task status, document meeting action items, and track owners and deadlines.
