Influencer Coordinator

The job overview for this position is that the Influencer Coordinator will be responsible for developing the brand's influencer content strategy, including sourcing creators, brainstorming creative ideas, and creating shotlists. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, familiar with home decor trends, and have experience working with creators. This is a hybrid position based in Gardena, CA and reports to the Content Manager.

• Proactively source and engage creators
• Manage influencer relationships from outreach and negotiations through to content delivery
• Create briefs and detailed shotlists for influencer campaigns
• Work with the Influencer and Production teams to execute content needs for upcoming campaigns
• Assist with ordering products, creating unique discount codes, and tracking results
• Identify home decor trends and rising interior designers on social media
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in influencer and/or talent relations
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Collaborative, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude
• A passion for the home decor industry
• Knowledge of and interest in interior design trends on social media

• Base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year
