Infant Teacher
About The Position
The Infant Teacher partners with other teachers to implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary curriculum in an engaging classroom environment. The role uses the company’s characters and resources to support children’s learning, play, and growth. The teacher maintains classroom quality, health, and safety standards; contributes to a collaborative and welcoming environment; and communicates with parents and families about children’s activities and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. The position is full-time, with hours of 9:30 to 6:30, and compensation of $16.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience and credentials.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
Nice To Haves
- Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.
Responsibilities

- Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout classrooms and programs.
- Collaborate with peers to create a positive working environment and a welcoming, engaging space for children.
- Communicate with parents and families about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
