About The Position

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division operates nearly 150 schools offering programs from infant care through Pre-K/K, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Infant Lead Teacher to join its early childhood education team. The role involves creating a safe, engaging classroom where infants can explore, build independence, and develop essential early learning skills through discovery and play.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• An associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
