About The Position

We are seeking experienced Sewing Machine Operators to join the production team in Romeoville, IL. This role is suited to candidates with industrial sewing experience who are comfortable operating commercial sewing equipment and producing high-quality textile products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a second-shift role. Experience with Juki sewing machines and Barudan embroidery machines is highly preferred. Candidates with similar experience in upholstery, custom textiles, embroidery, or garment manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Previous industrial sewing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work with various fabrics and materials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Juki sewing machines is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Barudan embroidery machines is a plus.
• Experience in upholstery, custom textiles, embroidery, or garment manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, or alter textile products.
• Sew a variety of fabrics while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures.
